Twitter is working on ‘Save for Later’ feature

Twitter has just revealed that it is working on a bookmarking feature which will allow users to tweets. A product manager of Twitter shared an early prototype today and revealed the feature that will be called Save for Later noting that a number of users want the ability to save tweets for later with ease and privacy.

Now Twitter is developing a native feature that will offer an easier way in order to  maintain privacy. The prototype shows the service’s mobile site and features an overflow icon in lieu of the DM button in the main feed. A panel appears with a new “Add to Bookmarks” button in addition to the standard option “Share via DM”.

Once you save a snack bar shows with a shortcut to “View Bookmarks” fast. On the other hand there will be a new Bookmarks section as well in the main menu of the app showing a list of saves.

At the moment this much desired feature seems to be in an early phase. Let us wait and see when we will be able to enjoy it.
