CES 2018: Tech Products for Pets

CES 2018 had something for all… even PETS! The biggest tech show unveiled a number of great pet products in Las Vegas. Pet activity trackers, Robot pet-sitter, Smart pet-beds, pet-cubes are launching soon.

Smart Pet Beds

A Wilmington N.C. based, Patrics, a pet-health and technology company launched its Smart Pet beds, Pet Health & Nutrition App and an Activity Tracker.

The pet bed has an inbuilt thermostat to adjust the temperature as per geographical location.  To keep a track of the pet’s activity, rest and weight information, it also provides a system to control climate by helping its master making sure that their dear furred friends are attaining their ideal body temperatures, weighs, age and other important qualities according to their breed.

 

According to Ed Hall, CEO of Patrics:

 

 “Our mission is to empower every pet owner with access to nutritional and behavioral information, so they can provide the best possible care and comfort for their pets and help them live longer, healthier lives,”. Further he said: “Our pet health ecosystem helps pet parents react quickly and effectively to their pet’s needs and, ultimately, saves lives through early detection and intervention.”
